This notice covers the launch updates list on zenithoraglobal.com. Our full Privacy Policy will replace it when the learning platform opens.
What we collect
- Your name and email address (required).
- Your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Whether you are a student, parent, teacher or other, and how you heard about us.
- Your language choice, the time you agreed to receive emails, and the campaign link you came from, if any.
We do not store your IP address with your sign-up, and we do not use advertising trackers on this page.
Why we use it
- To confirm your email address and send you launch news and important updates.
- To understand which channels bring people to Zenithora (counted in totals, not used to profile you).
We will never sell or rent your details. We use your phone number only for important updates, and only after we tell you how.
Who handles it for us
- Supabase stores the list in a secured database.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs a privacy-friendly bot check (Turnstile) on the form.
- Our email provider delivers the confirmation and update emails.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
- Confirmed subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe or ask us to delete their details.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
- To see, correct or delete your details, email askzeni@zenithoraglobal.com from the address you subscribed with. We reply within 30 days.
